Pyeongchang Dotori Maeun Kalguksu

Pyeongchang Dotori Maeun Kalguksu is a restaurant behind Yeongdeungpo-gu Office that serves dotori muk, jeon, and kalguksu. The dotori muk muchim pairs chewy muk with seasoned vegetables, and diners also order san namul memil jeon and spicy memil kalguksu with mushrooms. The noodles are made from dotori garu dough and cut into kalguksu shapes, and when ordered as kongguksu they come with thick kong gukmul and crisp kimchi. Portions are small overall.
