Okjeong is a dumpling restaurant in Seoul that makes its own kimchi mandu and serves seolleongtang. The kimchi mandu appears to be filled mainly with kimchi and tofu, with a wrapper that fully encloses the filling, while the seolleongtang has a clear, deep broth based on sagol and tender meat. It is open for only three hours on weekday lunchtimes, and turnover is fast. Side dishes are oi pickle, baechu kimchi, and baek kimchi, and both the broth and the dumplings are on the salty side.
