Negi Silbi is a restaurant in Sajik-dong, Seoul, on Saemunan-ro 2-gil, on the basement first floor of the Deoksugung D-Palace building past Jeongdong Park. It serves hoe and Korean dishes centered on seasonal seafood from Tongyeong, with hoe and seafood ttukbaegi made from seafood shipped directly from Tongyeong, and grilled live eel and Chungmu gimbap also on the menu. The space is quiet, with tables for four or fewer and wide spacing between tables. Dinner is in a price range that is not easy to visit often.
