Myeongdong Kyoja Branch

Myeongdong Gyojabunjeom is a noodle shop in Myeongdong, Seoul, serving kalguksu and dumplings. The kalguksu comes with dumplings in a strong chicken broth, and the dumplings are made with thin wrappers filled with pork and vegetables. Orders and payment are made first at a kiosk at the entrance, and if each person orders one noodle dish, noodles and rice can be added at no cost. Seats are placed close together, so diners sit right next to the person beside them.
