Myeongdong Kalguksu Nammun Gyoja

Myeongdong Kalguksu Nammun Gyojai is a dumpling shop in the basement of Namdaemun Market in Seoul that serves kalguksu and mandu. The kalguksu uses noodles made in-house and is topped with minced beef and pumpkin, while the large filled dumplings are served with kimchi. At lunchtime the shop is crowded enough that there are no seats, though tables turn over quickly. During the hours when a line forms, customers have to wait.
