Mirak Bajirak Kalguksu

Mirak Bajirak Kalguksu sits in an alley near Ssangnyong Apartments in Seongsu, close to Ttukseom Station, and serves bajirak kalguksu and dak kalguksu. The clams come in a rich seafood broth, the noodles are hand-kneaded and aged for a chewy texture, and the meal is served with geotjeori and a sweet-and-sour gochujang pickle salad. Orders and payment are handled through a table kiosk, and the place is crowded at lunch. Sand from clams that were not fully purged sometimes gets chewed.
