Madre

Madre is a Korean set-menu restaurant near Herb Astronomy Park in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, serving hwangtae gui, grilled fish, and sotbap. Its signature menus are the hwangtae gui set meal, spicy galbi jjim, and the samchi gui set meal. Gulbap is served in a dolsot and comes with doenjang jjigae. Grilled fish and galbi jjim require orders for two or more people, which makes dining inconvenient for odd-numbered parties.
