Jjingo Jjingo

ChingEoChingEo is a squid specialty pocha near Sangbong Station in Seoul that serves san ojingeo hoe and fried squid ink. The squid is cleaned to order, sliced on the diagonal for hoe, and the fried squid ink contains cheese. Tables fill by 6 p.m. even though the doors open at 5:30, and outdoor seating is set up in good weather. The dining room holds about seven tables, so waits form.
