Jeju Avang

Jeju Abang is a meat restaurant on Euljiro 18-gil in Seoul, near the printing alleys of Euljiro 4-ga, that serves aged pork. Samgyeopsal and ogyeopsal are eaten with pa kimchi or myeoljeot, and a meat aging chamber is visible inside. Staff handle both the initial searing and the second grilling, so customers eat without grilling the meat themselves. The side dishes and extra menu items are fewer than at other meat restaurants.
