Jaenbudak is a charcoal-grill pork restaurant next to Yangjae Station in Seoul. It serves thick cuts of whole samgyeopsal and whole pork collar grilled over strong charcoal, with Jeolla-style side dishes, baekkimchi, wasabi, and tohajeot. The name means bonfire in the Jeolla dialect, and the space includes rooms large enough for a group dinner of ten. Customers grill the meat themselves.
