Ilgong O Samgyeopsal

At Ilgong-o Samgyeopsal in Yongsan Yeoljeongdo, kimchi stew is served at lunch and samgyeopsal (pork belly) in the evening. The pork belly is served with green tea powder, while kimchi, garlic, and doenjang stew are grilled alongside it, with the stew placed in the centre of the grill. The restaurant has an open kitchen, and ramen noodles can be added to finish the doenjang stew. Many customers come for kimchi stew at lunchtime.
