Hanseo Kalguksu

Hanseo Kalguksu is a kalguksu shop in Seongsu, Seoul, serving hand-cut noodles and summer kongguksu. The hand-pulled noodles are boiled separately and then combined with a bone or meat broth, and aged kimchi and pickled peppers are served on request. It was featured on the SBS Live Today program in 2019, and the broth can be mixed with a bowl of jobap rice. Seating is very limited.
