Hanrasan Sushi

Hallasan Hoetjip in Seoul serves mackerel hoe and hairtail hoe. It also offers assorted hoe, mulhoe, and seodeori-tang, and the fish is prepared right after you order. Reservations are accepted until 6:30 p.m. on weekdays, after which only walk-in waiting is available. The dining room is loud because of the number of customers, making conversation difficult.
