Hanoi Byeol Sookdae Entrance is a Vietnamese restaurant in an alley near Sookdae Entrance Station in Seoul, serving pho and rice bowls topped with meat. The noodles and bean sprouts are covered with yangji, chadol, and hongdukkae, and four sauces, fresh spring rolls, and fried sweet potato rolls come on the side. Ordering a rice dish brings a small pho as well, and the restaurant stays open until 10 p.m. even for a 9 p.m. visit. At lunch it is always full, and going late means a wait.
