Hamgyeongmyeonok is a naengmyeon (cold noodles) restaurant on the 10th floor of Lotte Department Store in Seoul. Naengmyeon is the main dish, and the menu also includes galbitang and Gaeseong wang mandu. The naengmyeon is cut with scissors before eating, and a half serving of wang mandu comes with three dumplings. Mul naengmyeon is a matter of personal taste.
