Gunsan Jip Chilseong Charcoal Fire Salt Grill

Gunsanjip Chilseong Yeontanbul Sogeum Gui is a meat restaurant inside Hongje Market in Seoul that grills pork collar, beef galbi, and pork skin over charcoal briquettes. The beef galbi is seasoned and cooked over the mild briquette fire, and samgyeopsal (pork belly) and galmaegisal are also served. It is the location where the meat restaurant scene in the film Start-Up was shot, and kimchi kongnamul guk and a sweet-and-sour scallion salad come with the meal. In winter the heating is insufficient and the room is cold because it is ventilated to clear the briquette gas smell.
