Gohyang Pat Kalguksu

Gohyang Pat Kalguksu is a noodle restaurant in Seoul that serves pat kalguksu (knife-cut noodles in red bean broth) and saeal patjuk (red bean porridge with rice dumplings). The pat kalguksu is served with a rich, unsweetened broth and geotjeori. Queues are very long on Dongji, and regular customers return whenever they crave pat kalguksu. The geotjeori can sometimes be bland.
