Gihone Gopchang

Giho Ne Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant at the far inner end of Sindang Jungang Market in Seoul. It has served salt-grilled gopchang for over 20 years, cooked over charcoal briquettes and served with chewy noodles. The gopchang is seasoned so it is not aggressively spicy, and plenty of vegetables are added. A husband and wife run the restaurant together, and takeout orders are available.
