Dongsung Charcoal Grill Galbi

Dongsung Sutbul Galbi grills pork galbi over charcoal in an alley in Daehangno near Hyehwa Station, and has done so for 30 years. The pork galbi is not overly sweet or salty, and the charcoal aroma and tender texture come through. It sits right next to Seoul National University Hospital, and naengmyeon and doenjang jjigae can be ordered alongside it, with several basic side dishes. The space is large enough for group meals, and prices are on the higher side.
