Darin Jokbal

Darin Jokbal is a jokbal restaurant near Gusan Station that serves jokbal and bossam made with domestic grade-1 front leg meat. The basic set comes with handmade makguksu noodles, and the buljokbal is seasoned with a spicy sauce. Small, medium, and large portions all use front leg meat, and the basic side dishes include jeon and kimchi kongnamul guk. The jokbal has a moist and chewy texture.
