Yangkkotchi Gui Chwan is a lamb restaurant in Seoul that serves lamb ribs, lamb skewers, fried eggplant, and guobaorou. The lamb skewers and smashed cucumber salad, tzulan, and a special red sauce are served without the gamy smell typical of lamb, and onmyeon comes as dessert. The restaurant sits inside a building with several eateries in the basement, so you follow arrows down and ask staff for the location to find it easily. Even when dining alone, you must order two plates of the first lamb skewer.
