Balsan Bonjeom Cheonsa Gopchang is a grilled-intestine restaurant in Seoul. It serves gopchang (grilled intestines), makchang (beef abomasum), and daechang (beef large intestine), with tteok and usamgyeop included with orders. The gopchang is partially grilled before serving, so it does not require a long wait. The fried rice comes in a generous portion, while the gopchang portions are relatively small.
