Aunaejangteo Sundae

Aune Jangteo Sundae is a sundae restaurant in a market alley just off the main street of Yeongdeungpo Market in Seoul. Its signature dish is a sundae guk made with meat sundae, which uses plenty of lean pork instead of dangmyeon sundae. The broth is low in oil and free of gamey smell, and it is eaten with buchu. At lunchtime the crowd fills the shop, making it noisy and slowing down orders.
