Taepyeongyang Susan

Taepyeongyang Susan is a neighborhood seafood restaurant near Seoul apartments that serves hoe and braised fish. Flounder and rockfish (ureok) hoe come with shari for wrapping into hand-rolled bites, along with miyeokguk. The restaurant has been operating for 20 years. When you order hoe, shari, tempura, and soup arrive as a course, and the hoe is cut thickly for a chewy texture.
