Shudojaeowon is a Japanese restaurant in Seongsu that serves aged hoe and uni pasta. The aged hoe is thick and chewy, served with barley doenjang and kkwongchae, while the uni pasta is characterized by truffle oil aroma and a creamy taste. The owner-chef cooks the dishes, and you can get recommendations for menu items that pair with highballs. The bar seats let you watch the cooking, more so than the table seats.
