Sullae Gamjatang

Sullae Gamjatang is a gamjatang restaurant in Seoul that serves bone hangover soup, gamjatang, and sundae guk. The bone hangover soup comes with large pieces of meat that are cooked until they slide off the bone. The broth tastes seasoned, spicy, and salty rather than like a rich meat stock. The kimchi and kkakdugi are strongly sweet.
