Sancheong Hwaro

Sancheong Hwaro is a neighborhood meat restaurant in Geumho-dong 4-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, serving a mixed platter of pork rear cuts along with pork king ribs and beef ribs. The mixed platter includes pork jowl, kkodeul-sal, and gabri-sal, and the meat is grilled over charcoal. Doenjang jjigae, kimchi, crunchy pepper muchim, and ssam-mu are served together with the meat.
