Pajak Bukseongsu

Pajak Bukseongsu is a wood-fired sandwich shop in Bukseongsu. It serves RTM, jambon truffle honey butter, and European coho salmon salad, along with soup, and the dough is baked crisp on the outside and chewy inside. An electric oven and a dough prep table sit inside the store, and takeout is packed neatly. Tables and chairs are uncomfortable for sitting long.
