Kochi

Kochi is a skewer restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, serving chicken skewers as its main focus. It grills different parts of the chicken over charcoal in an omakase style, along with vegetables such as tomato and eggplant, grilled rice cake, haejang ramyeon, and rice balls. Guests are seated by reservation time, and the chef grills skewers by cut until asked to stop. The skewers come out at a slow pace.
