Honghwadon

Honghwadon is a aged pork restaurant in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seoul, a three-minute walk from Ttukseom Station. It serves flower samgyeopsal and pork collar, and staff grill the meat and explain the order in which to eat it. The bone-in grilled meat comes pre-cooked so it can be eaten right away, and the meat separates from the bone easily. The Hanwoo doenjang jjigae is on the salty side.
