Gallaeng

Gallaeng is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves charcoal-grilled pork and naengmyeon together. It offers bibim naengmyeon and charcoal-scented meat, and the pork collar is aged for 48 hours. The meat portions are generous by default, and the naengmyeon portions are plentiful as well. The bibim naengmyeon is slightly sour and the noodles cut easily.
