Epikore

Epikore is a vegan Korean restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul. Perilla leaf, garlic scape, pine mushroom gangjeong, and carrot pesto can be customized to taste, and seasonal menus are offered. Kongguk is served slushy-style, with aged kimchi and pickled cucumber on the side. Ordering a set menu comes with a menu leaflet explaining the ingredients, and the dining room has few seats.
