Dwaejine

Dwaejine is a charcoal-grill restaurant near a gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew) restaurant with a wait in Seongsu, Seoul. It serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar with aged kimchi and doenjang soup. Raw meat can also be ordered at lunch. The side dishes are flavorful, and the meat is fresh.
