Dukke is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves thick pork galbi, samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork jowl, and gabrisal as all-you-can-eat. The pork collar is scored on both sides, and the seasoned galbi is kept from being sweet before it is grilled over charcoal. Each table receives a chadol doenjang jjigae by default, eaten with kimchi, pa jeorim, onion jeorim, kong garu, and wasabi. At 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday, every table was full.
