Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Seongsu Branch is a restaurant near Seongsu Station that serves minari, onion, mushroom, and potato with kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and bokkeum bap, and also runs Baekchae Kimchi Stew. Diners choose between a spicy and a non-spicy broth, then eat kalguksu and pot bokkeum bap after the shabu-shabu. Ordering bokkeum bap means the staff take the pot after the remaining kalguksu and broth are set aside, fry the rice in it, and bring it back. Meat is ordered separately, comes in small portions, and the only basic side dish is kimchi.
