Daeyeop

Daeyeop is a Korean restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, serving Pyongyang naengmyeon and pork gukbap. The mul naengmyeon comes in a broth that is neither strongly salted nor sour, with buckwheat particles chewed in the noodles, and a small bowl of rice is served alongside the naengmyeon. Seats fill up quickly even at the weekday opening time, though tables turn over at a fast pace. The dumpling filling sometimes has a hard, tendon-like texture.
