Daegeun Myeonok

Daekeun Myeonok is a naengmyeon restaurant in Haengdang-dong, Seoul, serving house-made noodles as mul naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon along with mandu and pork bulgogi. The noodles are thin and soft with a chewy texture; the mul naengmyeon is cold and clean-tasting, and the bibim naengmyeon is spicy and sweet. At opening, orders of naengmyeon were upgraded to a double portion at no charge, and the dining tables are kept clean. The pork bulgogi has a smoky char and pairs with the naengmyeon, while the galbitang comes with tender lean meat and a deep broth.
