Chuseonsaeng

Chuseonsaeng is a chueotang restaurant in the ground-floor shopping arcade of Samsung Sherville, across from Hollys Coffee in Seoul. It serves basic chueotang, tongchueotang with whole loaches, and chueo twigim, with broth that has a deep flavour without being overly fishy. Cheongyang chili peppers, garlic, and chives are served on the side, along with kimchi and kkakdugi. The combination of chueotang and chueo twigim is heavy.
