Baekjeong Don Factory

Baekjeong Don Gongjang is a pork grill restaurant north of Seongsu Station in Seoul. The ogyeopsal comes with the rind attached and is served after an initial grilling. Staff cut the meat at the table after the initial grilling and separately trim the meat attached to the rind and bone. Seaweed soup and lettuce geotjeori come by default, and the lunch jeyuk is refilled with ssam vegetables.
