37.5 Signature Seongsu is a brunch and Western restaurant on a Seongsu alley in Seoul, set across the first to third floors of its building. Its pizza uses pastry dough, which gives it a different texture, and pasta and brunch dishes are served as well. Orders are placed on a tablet at the table and paid for in advance by card, and water and napkins are taken from a self-service bar. The 90-minute time limit is strictly enforced.
