Pain de echo

Ppangdeuko is a bakery on the second floor next to Joyang Church near Ttukseom Station in Seongsu, Seoul. It sells naturally leavened bread and baguettes, including levain baguette, olive cheese baguette, campagne, croissants, and scones. There are small tables for eating simply, and the drinks are limited to refrigerated beverages, with no coffee or made-to-order drinks. The baguettes have a thick, chewy crust, so they do not suit people looking for a soft meal bread through to the inside.
