Gidaelbing

Gidaelbing is a bingsu cafe in Seongsu, near Seoul Forest, serving hamon melon bingsu and mango bingsu. The signature hamon melon bingsu tops milk ice with melon, vanilla ice cream, and hamon, then adds grana padano cheese, pepper, and olive oil. A chef runs the cafe, and bingsu is available in all four seasons. It sits away from the center of Seongsu, so reaching it takes some effort.
