5TO7 Seongsu Main Branch is a cafe in Seongsu, next to Seoul Forest, that serves souffle pancakes and coffee. It makes mango, strawberry, and tiramisu souffles fluffy like clouds, and they pair well with Dutch Americano. There are window seats with a view of greenery through the large windows. The cream on the souffle is not overly sweet, so it does not become cloying.
