Brewing Ceremony

Brewing Ceremony is a cafe in Seongsu, Seoul, where you choose beans and they are brewed by hand-drip. The beans on offer are Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and Costa Rica drip coffee, and staff explain the characteristics of each bean in detail. You can watch the brewing process and add a lemon pound cake on the side. The coffee can taste flat at times.
