Nomura is a wine bar in Seoul serving karaage and chicken steak, as well as jeon and wine. The owner cooks the food and runs the bar alone. Nomura welcomes customers drinking alone. It is a bar for wine and drinking snacks, not a restaurant specializing in meals.
