Cheongjuhanssi

Cheongju Han Ssi is a bar in Seongsu, Seoul, serving a seasonal Korean omakase course with traditional liquor. The course includes bajirak yeondubu, albaechu chadol jjim, gosari saeu mandu, myeongtae hoe gimbap, tteokgalbi, and bugeo nurungji tang, with traditional liquor pairing available. The bar seats guests at a bar table and holds about 30 kinds of traditional liquor, and guests order the course rather than choosing individual dishes. A drink order is required along with the food.
