Kkorang Chicken Hof is a bar in Haengdang 1-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, with a fried chicken signboard, selling chicken, nakji bokkeum, and tang dishes. The old-style chicken is made by frying uncured raw chicken to order, and nakji bokkeum is ordered more often than the chicken. Orders are placed by going to where the owner grandmother is, and the seats are almost full even at 10 p.m., so a wait of about five minutes is possible. Dishes, alcohol, and sauces are all self-service.
