Culture and Arts Park sits next to Yangjaecheon and Yangjae Citizens' Forest, across from the Korean Federation of Teachers' Associations building. It has a Metasequoia path, a lawn, an outdoor performance stage, and walking trails. Toilets are available, and visitors can pitch tents and hammocks on the lawn or ride bicycles. In autumn the leaves turn various colors, and people come to take photographs.
