Maebongsan Ocatagon Pavilion

The palgakjeong overlook at the top of Maebongsan in Seoul looks down over the Han River and Gangnam. To the east the Han River opens toward Jamsil, and on clear days the view takes in the eastern Seoul stretch of the river and the sunrise. The mountain is low, so the climb is easy, with stairs only near the palgakjeong and a gentle grade the rest of the way. On days with fine dust, the view is hazy.
