Old Chinese Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that has served jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk for over 45 years. Its ganjajang is stir-fried old-style until thick, and the tangsuyuk is made from thick sirloin cut wide, fried, and served with a sweet sauce and ketchup-dressed cabbage. Around ten customers had already finished their meals before 11:30 a.m., and the mini tangsuyuk comes in a portion sized for two people. When the restaurant is busy, the hall service is brusque.
